Yoga in the Park Sessions

Every day during the week we will be hosting classes at a local park. Morning class will have an optional 30 minute meditation session prior to class. Evening classes will conclude with a 30 minute journal/reflection session. Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and any props you may require with you for each. A journal and writing utensil is recommended for the evening reflection session. These classes are perfect for all levels and we welcome everyone whether this is your first class or your 1,038th.


Morning classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, they begin promptly at 8:30am for the meditation session and 9am for yoga. (Yoga is $15, Meditation Session is $10; or $20 to attend both per class)

Evening classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they begin with the yoga at 6:30pm, followed by the reflection session at 7:30pm. (Yoga is $15, Reflection Session is $10; or $20 to attend both per class)

Currently all classes will be held at Spindler Park (19400 Stephens Rd Eastpointe MI 48021) weather permitting. Text Dayna at 586-872-0313 for class location updates, pricing, and cancellations.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to pay, get your area set up, and discuss any issues you may have prior to class.
