**Park Sessions Resume May 5th!**
Yoga in the Park Sessions
Morning class will have an optional 30 minute meditation session prior to class. Evening classes will conclude with a 30 minute journal/reflection session. Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and any props you may require with you for each. A journal and writing utensil is recommended for the evening reflection session. These classes are perfect for all levels and we welcome everyone whether this is your first class or your 1,038th.
Morning classes will begin promptly at 8:30am for the meditation session and 9am for yoga. (Yoga is $15, Meditation Session is $10; or $20 to attend both per class)
Evening classes will begin with the yoga at 6:30pm, followed by the reflection session at 7:30pm. (Yoga is $15, Reflection Session is $10; or $20 to attend both per class)
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to pay, get your area set up, and discuss any issues you may have prior to class.
